Here are the answers to some frequently asked questions to help you with your order process.
We currently accept PayPal for all customer orders. You don't have to have a PayPal account to place an order. You can pay with your credit / debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover).
Standard UK delivery is FREE on all orders of £75 and over. We charge £4.99 for standard UK delivery on orders under £75.
Our standard delivery is 3-5 working days on receipt of order. We can offer 48 hour delivery, please contact us for details.
We don't send a hard copy of your receipt in your package. This will be emailed to you soon after your order has been processed.
Please drop us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org clearly stating the product name you are interested in. We will then do our best to provide you with an expected date for the out of stock item.
It is very important that you let us know as quickly as possible if you want to cancel your order. If your order has already been dispatched we will be unable to process a refund until the item(s) has been returned to us. Once returned we will process a refund for the cost of the item(s). Please contact us to organise collection from you. Please note, we will not be able to refund the postage and packaging costs incurred with the return.
We have our own state of the art machine which creates air filled cushions. The idea of this style of packaging is to protect the goods in transit so they reach you in perfect condition. However, on odd occasions items do get damaged in transit. If an item is damaged on arrival please notify us within 24 hours complete with photos and a description of the damage. Once we have received your email we can either send out another product to you or offer a refund. We cannot accept responsibility of the posting of glass / ceramic / mirrors / mirrored furniture.
We hope you'll be delighted with your online purchase. However, in the rare event of your order being incorrect please accept our apologies. To return your purchase it must be in its original condition with proof of purchase and returned within 7 days. Once we've received your return we can offer a full exchange or refund. Please contact us to organise collection from you.

Our reputable third-party banking (PayPal) and distribution institution handles our credit card transactions and order fulfilment. They receive the information needed to verify and authorise your payment card and to process your order. PayPal is under strict obligation to keep your personal information private. This replaces the standard 'http' at the front of the www.weloveflavour.co.uk in your browser address window. A small locked padlock will also appear in the bottom bar of your browser window.
